🛠️ How It Works

Apply to Become a Vendor

Fill out our online form with your shop/business details, product categories, location, and delivery capacity

Approval & Onboarding

Once approved, we verify your store and guide you through product listing and training.

Product Listing

You upload products (images, prices, availability). Our team reviews listings before they go live.

Order Assignment

When a customer places an order in your area, it is auto-assigned to you via dashboard, email, or SMS.

Order Fulfillment

You prepare and deliver the order as per the timeline. Delivery can be done by your team or through our partners (if available).

Payment & Commission

We deduct a commission (usually 10%–25% based on category)

Payment is settled weekly or bi-weekly via bank transfer

⚠️ Policies & Conditions

Product Quality:

Repeated complaints or product issues may lead to removal from the platform.

Delivery Standards:

Vendors must ensure timely and professional delivery. Late or missed orders affect customer trust.

Commission & Payment Terms:

1. Commission % is discussed during onboarding
2. Payments are made on a 7 or 15-day cycle
3. Invoices and payment details are shared transparently

Brand Representation:

Where provided, vendors must use Gift N Treat branding materials for packaging and delivery.

Termination Clause:

Vendor accounts may be paused or terminated in the following cases:
1. More than 3 negative reviews within a short period
2. Fake product listings or wrong deliveries
3. Unresponsiveness or breach of terms
